How to choose your size (without error)
Choose your size based on the insole length.
- Measure your foot: standing, place your heel against a wall and mark the tip of your longest toe on a piece of paper. Measure the distance (cm).

Add comfort allowance: Foot length + 0.5 to 1.0 cm = inner length (insole).
Example: if your foot measures 23.0 cm, add 0.5–1.0 cm → choose an insole 23.5 to 24.0 cm.
