Return and Refund Policy – We Lovers Beauty

At We Lovers Beauty, we are committed to ensuring a transparent and hassle-free return and refund process for our customers. 

1. Eligibility for a Return and Refund 

Refunds and Returns are issued in the following cases:

  • The customer exercises their right of withdrawal within 30 days of receiving the product.

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.

  • The order is canceled before it has been shipped.

To be eligible for a refund, returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

2. Refund and Return Process

  • Describe the reason
  • Photo in case of defect

We will confirm your eligibility and provide further instructions within 2 business days.

Return Inspection (if applicable)

If a product return is required, a refund will only be processed after the item has been received and inspected. 

Returns are the customer's responsibility in the event of a refund or exchange. If your refund request is approved, all shipping costs to return the product will be fully refunded.

The inspection process takes up to 5 business days from the date we receive your returned item.

Refund Approval and Processing

If the refund is approved, it will be issued using the original payment method. The customer can also choose to receive another identical product or a balance in the store to use on future purchases.

3. Refund Processing Time

  • Credit card payments: up to 14 business days (depending on the bank).

  • Bank transfers: up to 14 business days.

  • Digital payments (e.g., PayPal): up to 14 business days.

If a refund is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, customers should contact their payment provider.
